This place was not exactly the friendliest looking jungle Sora had ever found himself in but it was the closest place to land that the trio had found when their ship had malfunctioned. The fact was that they were lucky there was a world nearby at all as they had been testing out a new warp drive for the King's mechanics when it had suddenly quit on them, along with blowing out the engines and triggering all kinds of system alarms. It really could have been much worse as they could have ended up stranded in the middle of empty space for...well...Forever, actually.

That idea didn't sit well with Sora as he shivered then shook his head clear of such a grim possibility. Though as he continued to walk through the humid, dark and, let's be honest here, creepy canopy of trees and vines he started to have some serious second thoughts about his decision to volunteer to go out and find either help or something they could used to patch up the ship's navigation drive long enough to get them home.

Though the further he traveled from his downed craft, the more he couldn't help feeling like there were things out there in the darkness watching him. Dozens of eyes just blinking in the distances under the foliage both above and below. He was totally imagining things though. Yeah, that was it! All the unexpected excitement of the crash and a brand new world to explore; it just had his imagination going into overdrive.

"Get a hold of yourself, Sora." The teenager chided himself as he gave his cheeks a couple of quick pats to snap out of it, "Keep it together and just focus. Got to fix the ship before everyone starts to worry."
